SHIPPING
Please be sure your shipping address is correct prior to checking out. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. Any orders that are returned to us, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
All items are sent standard shipping methods via USPS. If you require express shipping or an alternative carrier, please contact us prior to your order so we may confirm any additional postal rush charges and delivery by date. Delivery can vary depending upon holidays, weather, and general USPS workload. Please note that during high volume times of year that shipping times may increase. We are not responsible for delays while order is in transit. Once an item has been shipped, it is out of our hands.
MISSING ORDERS
While extremely rare, if a package ends up missing along it’s travels to you, we will send a replacement. Contact us at littlelemongiftsngoods@gmail.com with your tracking number and order info. If an item is marked as delivered, but did not arrive, we are not responsible and will not send a replacement. Please make sure the address you provide is safe and secure! Additionally, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number with help tracking it down. We do not offer refunds if the package is not located. We also do not issue refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed due to overload with USPS or other shipping carriers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order please contact us at littlelemongiftsngoods@gmail.com. We’ll handle each issue on a case-by-case basis to do our best to meet your expectations. A few things to note when contacting us: include your order number, briefly describe the problem and provide a photo showcasing the issue
Candles can not be returned based off smell subjectivity.
