This plant based bug spray hand made by Emerald House STL uses essential + joboba oils that are potent against biting insects.
The essential oils are potent against biting insects, and diluted to safe use on skin for adults AND children. The jojoba oil is not commonly found in mainstream insect repellents, though it SHOULD BE, because it is amazingly effective!!! It creates a thin physical barrier, which helps to mask our skin's natural scent. Though jojoba oil is non-toxic, it is suffocating to these biting bugs. This blend goes on oily, but will dry to a satin-y finish. Depending on your outdoor activities such as swimming, hiking, etc, it is wise to re-apply to maintain your barrier against biting insects.
Directions for use:
For adults & children aged 6 months & up. Spray into hands & evenly distribute onto exposed skin as needed. Do not spray the face. First apply spray to your own hands then apply to child's skin, being careful to avoid eyes, mouth & hands. Avoid breathing spray. Do not allow child to put mouth on anything applied with this spray. After use, wash skin & clothes with plenty of soap & water. Don't apply under diapers, clothing or armpits. Don't apply on cuts, wounds or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use & get medical advice. Keep away from children, pets, heat & flame.
